toma shake! uma amiga (amiga de blog, bem entendido) tá tomando e já emagreceu 4 quilos em duas semanas. o paulo tem uns amigos que são da seita herbalife. eles vivem tentando me convencer, mas o troço é caro igual ao cão. pelo menos a mary w tá gostando, falou que o tal shake é tudo. ah, a bellinha, aqui de niterói também já tomou. pior do que essas porcarias que você come não deve ser mesmo.
